Answers to your frequently asked questions about the Purtzki & Associates Client Portal.
We're introducing our new web service to our clients by providing a simple, secure method for uploading your accounting software financial records directly to our accounting team.
You first need to register online at our simple 1-page registration form. By providing us with your basic contact information, we'll be able to serve you better.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password be generated for your account. We cannot tell you what your existing password is, because, for security reasons, we do not store your original password with your account.
We can reset your password for you. Call us at toll-free 1-888-668-0629, or locally at (250) 754-1951. After verifying your identity, we'll reset your password and send your new password to you by email.
After you login to the Client Portal, navigate to the Upload Financial Records page by clicking the link titled Upload Financial Records. On the Upload Financial Records page, you'll be asked to specify your accounting software, and the location of your accounting records. Follow the on-page instructions provided to complete your upload.
